period, the members get a Billing-email with the details and the
fee that has to be payed 15 days after the billing-date the latest!.
During the
open-Bill period the system counts the points for the next period.
Currently there
is no setup fee, and you can test the service for some time and
you'll get a bill at the end of the current month.
