What do you mean by text that moves. IE has a marquee tag, but it quikly gets annoying, and other then that I think you're stuck wiht javascript or a javascript/dhtml solution. If I knew more of what you wanted to do I might be able to help you more. Depending on your needs I guess you could go an animated gif/flash but since your asking here I'm assuming you want real text.
