Hi Guys

I have a problem which isn’t hosting related but I wondered if it’s something stupid that I’ve created. My skills at ASP are limited (to say the least :/ )at the moment so I decided to use 2 main components to form the basis to the site, Snitz forums and BA Clangames, and then design the rest of the site around the two.

As you can see the forum no probs up and running, http://www.curdin.tzo.com/mariokart/forum/

However the other, clangames is not, it doesn’t seem to want to run. Every time you go to run index.asp in that directory http://www.curdin.tzo.com/mariokart/clangames/index.asp you get a ‘http 500 Internal server error’, and again any asp page in this directory brings back this error. I’ve tried renaming directories, checked the config.asp but to no avail. The readme file for clangames (http://www.curdin.tzo.com/mariokart/clangames/readme.txt) says you need the following requirements:

Requirements
------------

* NT or Win2k based Web Server
* ASP
* ADO 2
* Filesystem Object
* Read/Write access to web dir by IIS_USER
* 2mb free disk space
* Ability to use notepad to edit a config file :P

So is it some of the above causing the problems? Or is it to do with the http 500 internal error’? The strange thing is is that clangames works to some degree on my PC running Microsoft PWS on Windows ME.

As I said earlier I don’t expect a reply because it’s not a hosting problem but if anyone has any ideas that would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Mario
