Los Angeles: A big town in the sunny California
L. A. is a town where about
20 million people live! It's at the west coast of
California, in the south of San Francisco. You can find there one of the biggest ports of the world. They're right now building an island for expanding the container business. My aunt
with her husband and my three nieces are living in Los Angeles, in a big house on the top of a small hill, an area with lots of trees and grassland around, but not ignoring the good view over a piece of the towns light mare at night. And what you should also know is the fact, that Redondo Beach is just about ten minutes away from home (by car of course). In the USA you really need to have a car, not only for going to your work but also for shopping in the big malls and for bringing your children to school.Yes, I like to be at the aunt's home for holidays. One thing that lets me spend a lot of time, is the almost
zoo they have at home. Starting with the smallest animal, which I belief that not everybody likes it, a grey rat, yes you read it right, a grey rat! I come to an animal I like as much as my nieces do. It's a tiny brown rabbit that walks sometimes through the whole house. Oliver and Cindy as well as Flaffy are the three sweet cats always good for plying with. Their colours are orange, black and white and finally grey. And then don't forget the twelve chicken and the four ducks. They produce each day quite a few eggs. For security reasons they have two dogs. They are fast and take everything you leave on the floor like shoes or balls. The next animal you may find often in Switzerland are the goats. My aunt has four of them. They like to eat the carrots which the tallest animals get every day. The five nice horses, all of a different kind, are really what gets my affection. This page has been visited by
